Abstract

Based on the idea of understanding and dealing with the black swan event, this article makes a detailed discussion on the black swan event that may occur in the university. It points out that college administrators lack imagination and turkey-style thinking methods. The knowledge arrogance and mental biases in management activities will be the fundamental reason that they can’t recognize and deal with the black swan event. In the face of the upcoming black swan event that may occur in the management of colleges and universities, college administrators must take action and precautions.
