- Abstract
Under the dual backdrop of the innovation-driven development strategy and the digital transformation of higher education, the integrated cultivation of ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a crucial pathway for implementing the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and nurturing talents. Addressing three key bottlenecks in the integration of these two educational approaches—namely, the disconnection between value guidance and capacity development, the inadequacy in content provision, and the lack of process-oriented evaluation—this study focuses on the enabling mechanism of big data technology in facilitating their synergy. It constructs a three-dimensional collaborative framework consisting of “objective-process-subject” and an operational mechanism centered on student profiling and dynamic evaluation. Furthermore, it proposes key strategies to overcome collaboration barriers from the technological, stakeholder, and institutional dimensions, thereby promoting the deep integration of ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions.
