- Abstract
This article adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative, practical and theoretical evaluation methods, starting from the experience of pilot practice, constructs an evaluation index system, objectively evaluates the effectiveness of pilot implementation, and provides reference for the design of the national energy rights market mechanism. Research and solve the problem of inadequate coordinated development mechanism between energy rights market and carbon market, and propose a design scheme for coordinated mechanism between energy rights trading and carbon trading.
