Abstract

The Influence of the Work Environment on the Effectiveness of Employees at the Nunukan District Attorney’s Office. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment on the work effectiveness of employees at the Nunukan District Attorney’s Office. This research includes descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population of this research was all 30 employees at the Nunukan District Attorney’s Office. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the hypothesis test show that the independent variable has a significant influence on the work effectiveness of employees at the Nunukan District Attorney’s Office.
