This volume presents the proceedings of Track 3 of the 3rd International Conference on Cross-Disciplinary Academic Research (ICAR 2025), which highlights research in humanities, education, and teaching. The track emphasises human-centred inquiry, pedagogical innovation, and the role of education in addressing social, cultural, and institutional challenges.

The selected papers explore a range of topics including teaching and learning innovation, curriculum and pedagogical design, educational technology, assessment practices, language and cultural studies, and professional development in education. The contributions reflect diverse perspectives and educational contexts, illustrating how educators and researchers adapt to changing learning environments.
