- Abstract
This research describes the results of try out the application of the school principal's recruitment system online. This application is a product of the principal's recruitment system that has been developed and will be implemented in South Sulawesi. This system is divided into two parts, namely administrative selection and academic selection. The research method is descriptive quantitative to describe the value of each variable as a result of the assessment of the subject of the study. Respondents in the study were 97 elementary and junior high school teachers in Jeneponto District who were interested in registering as school principals. The implementation of the research was from March to May 2018. The trial was started by giving instructions to the respondents on how to use the application. Furthermore, the respondent had the opportunity to register to the prospective school principals application. After the registration process, respondents filled out an assessment questionnaire on product quality with an assessment range between 1-5 for the five answer choices. Analysis of scoring data is useful for determining the category of results of respondents' assessment. The results showed that respondents rated this application as having very high quality. All indicators show a score between 0.76 -1.
