Abstract

According to the constructivist learning theory, situational creation as the basis to create teaching, will combine teaching and context. It is helpful to achieve knowledge construction of university database course teaching in process of "Understanding - Demonstration - Memory - Imitation" .Curriculum is enable students to experience between situational creation charm. The paper discusses the current situation and role of situational creation in database teaching, and analyzes shortages of the current situation. Then, it provides situational examples combined teaching process with situational creation to improve university database teaching effectiveness.
