Abstract

Establishing the quality measurement tools of college education services is of great significance to the development of colleges and universities. This study takes private colleges and universities of Xi'an as the research objects, establishes relevant service quality measurement tools and analyzes it. In addition, the research also explains the problems in the education services quality of colleges and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
