Abstract

The article discusses current issues and prospects of modern higher education in Russia, included in the Bologna process. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the influence of the introduced economic incentives on the nature and quality of training of young specialists in the field of economics and business and their ability to act and make decisions in the conditions of the postindustrial society. The purpose of the article is to show that philosophical-humanitarian education at economic university should be a strategic core of the education process, and cultural competence should be a necessary component of professionalism of the future economists.
