Abstract

In view of the current situation that students are generally lacking market awareness in employment, this paper started from the new problems in costume design teaching of colleges and universities in China and the clothing industry status to put forward that clothing teaching should be based on the “market” and that it should be combined with “higher education”, and then the applied talents of “combination of art and skills” can be cultivated completely.
