Preface The 2015 International Conference: Arts, Design and Contemporary Education (ICADCE 2015) was held on April 22-23, 2015 in Moscow, Russia.

The aim of ICADCE is to provide a common platform for educators, artists, scholars, and students from different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss research, developments and innovations in the fields of Art, Design and Education. Papers concerning visual arts, design, music, literature, performing arts and education were considered.
