Abstract

With the continuous improvement of China's economic and urbanization level, the support of relevant policies for the construction of characteristic towns, and the importance of the protection and utilization of the ancient city, the renewal of the ancient town has become the key task of the current urbanization process. This paper analyzes the case of the renovation of Yangloudong Ancient Town and expounds the organic renewal of Yangloudong Ancient Town under the community reconstruction mode. The introduction of the concept of community reengineering can enable the concept of community to develop in the renewal of ancient towns, enhance the economic vitality of ancient towns, improve the quality of life of residents in ancient towns, and play a positive role in promoting the organic renewal and urbanization of Yangloudong Ancient Town. At the same time, it has practical guiding significance for building characteristic towns.
