Abstract

With the development of the Internet era, the whole society is facing new opportunities for development. As a new type of charity participation model that has grown up with the help of the Internet web 2.0, Online fundraising promotes the popularization and normalization of public welfare activities. However, due to the two-sided nature of the Internet, problems such as defrauding, fraud also emerged in the network fundraising, which has caused great impact on Social credibility. Although the Central Government has perfected the relevant laws and regulations , there are still many deceiving behaviors that have leaked legal loopholes. Based on 500 questionnaires, this study used NVivo11.0 software and grounded theory to conduct a qualitative analysis of 30 individual interview records in order to obtain a solution. The study finds that the government needs to accelerate the change of its own functions, and establish a good diversified cooperation relationship with fundraising platforms, charities, and the media, with a view to resolving the embarrassing situation of social crises and promoting the sound development of online fundraising.
