Abstract

As one of the origins of Western culture, Greek mythology with its unique charm to conquer a large number of readers has become the world's most widely circulated classic literature. English in the development of language and literature and ancient Greek mythology is inextricably linked, Greek mythology is widely applied to the English vocabulary and idioms and it has an important influence the British and American literature in many development schools and the creation of famous writers.
