As an important part of enterprise management, the establishment of incentive system is to promote the development of enterprises important primary motivation. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the multi to take into account, it is necessary to do a good job management, develop strict rules to constrain the individual behavior of employees, but also to give employees the necessary incentive awards, so that employees work more passionate, more sense of belonging to the company.
