- Abstract
Male fertility in recent years decreased rapidly, people gradually pay more attention to environmental factors, which is one of the important reasons, in order to explore and analyze the different effects of environmental factors on male fertility, of all kinds of factors, suggesting that people try to avoid damaging the environment function, pay attention to protect their fertility, prevent or slow down the process of male fertility decline. By analyzing various environmental factors leading to the decrease of male fertility, it is concluded that the reduction of male fertility is due to the combined effects of many factors, among which environmental pollution is the most important factor. There are numerous factors that lead to male infertility, including congenital or acquired urogenital malformations, urogenital infections, endocrine disorders, genetic diseases, immunological factors, and environmental factors. But there are still 30% - 40% of patients with unknown cause of disease [1]. The decline of human fertility is a gradual process. As people go deep into the study, they gradually give attention to the influence of environment on fertility.
