- Abstract
This study explores the evolution of lifelong learning policies at home and abroad based on literature analysis. The study finds that lifelong learning can be promoted in the new era from the following dimensions: the value orientation of “people-centered” and social development, the basic principle of state-led social and individual sharing, and the target requirement of promoting both fairness and efficiency.
