Abstract

The implementation of population fertility policy in our country has both positive effects and existing problems. Guided by the Marxist theory of population, And to combine the literature research and investigation, from the development of productive forces to meet the needs of a large number of people, tackling the problem to address the imbalance in the birth sex ratio, the implementation of "comprehensive two children" to alleviate the aging of the population and other aspects.
