- Abstract
In the construction of "three systems", the construction of archives information resources is the foundation, the usage and construction of archives is the purpose and archive security construction is a guarantee. The proposition of elaboration and implementation of "three systems" construction is of great significance in college archives. Besides, new ideas on the construction and implementation of "three systems" in university archives are proposed.
