Abstract

College talent cultivate is an important part of colleges cultivating useful talents and serving the society, and the major channel to realize lifelong study. It is an important work for college education to establish a scientific talent cultivation mode, give full play to the resource advantages and talent cultivation function of the colleges and realize talent cultivation objective. The thesis starts from the characteristics of the current education talent cultivation to fully analyze and explore the basic mode and innovation strategy of college talent cultivation in our country.
