Abstract

The process of targeted poverty alleviation in China can reflect the effectiveness of the establishment of social governance system. The previous emphasis on the single subject led by the government and the top-down management approach is not conducive to thinking from the perspective of the target of poverty alleviation, and the "precise" target of targeted poverty alleviation is greatly compromised. Based on the analysis of the role of the state and the poor in the precision poverty alleviation work, this paper points out that the poverty alleviation work is an activity involving multiple subjects. Only when the poor people form public authority together with the government can the effectiveness of precision poverty alleviation be improved.
