Abstract

In order to improve graduate employment information system (GEIS) adaptability, the Improvement Scheme of GEIS adaptability is studied. Firstly, an index system for GEIS adaptability is established. Secondly, the selection model for the adaptability scheme is built based on QFD method, and the selection algorithm is also given. Finally, the application of the model and algorithm is verified through an example.
