Abstract

Aiming at the Nand flash which is widely used in industrial storage management, the embedded file system named "jkffs" is established. In "jkffs", a direct addressing algorithm is described; tnode-tree, variable-tnodelength are used to address most kinds of nand flash; the method of chunk group is mentioned also. The dynamic wear-leveling algorithm and static wear-leveling algorithm according to the different erasing times of block are presented in "jkffs" to realize the garbage-collection and wear-leveling.
