On behalf of The International Workshop on Cloud Computing and Information Security (CCIS 2013), it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the conference, which is held from Nov 9th to 11th, 2013 in Shanghai, China.

This event is organized by Jiangsu Computer Society, China. It also gets technical support of many scholars from more than thirties universities. I want to thank them for their hard work in paper reviewing. Their great support is very important for this event.

This international conference has attracted hundreds of academies, scientists, engineers, postgraduates and other professionals. We like to provide a high-level international forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent advances, new techniques and applications in the field of cloud computing and information security.

We collected the excellent papers in this proceeding, which mainly discuss the hot topics on cloud computing and information security, etc.
