- Abstract
Abstract. The Bacteria is as an ancient creature that appears on the earth long before human beings, it is the world's most widely distributed organisms; humans’ infection in parts of the bacteria causes the human body with inflammation, the clinical mainly uses the antibiotics as antibacterial drugs. In recent years, because of the abuse of the antibiotics and the bacterial resistance in order to adapt to the environment evolution, some bacteria also have a higher toxicity. The drug resistance of bacteria becomes the thorny issue of clinical treatment in recent years, and is paid more and more attention. This article is mainly through the analysis of the mechanism of drug resistance of bacteria and antibiotic action principle, and how to explore the clinical use of antibiotics in response to the drug resistance of bacteria.
