Nowadays, digital literation is the main key that must be owned by an entrepreneur. Not only that, the presence of e-commerce has also helped business development more rapidly. Kediri City is one of the cities that shows considerable potential in the development of entrepreneurship among students. However, not all students have utilized digital literacy and the use of e-commerce properly to develop or start a business. The analysis used in testing the model and hypothesis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis SmartPLS program.
