Abstract

The article describes results of an experimental study of ultrasonic treatment as a part of a complex temperature-force effect on the adhesive properties of a surface composition made of materials with thermoelastic phase transformations at various stages of formation: at the stage of the base preparation; at the stage of the coated part finishing. The established patterns of modifying effects of ultrasonic treatment on the distribution of residual stresses at the surface-to-surface interface make it possible to predict the functional and mechanical properties of the layers that make up the surface composition.
