With the rapid development of economic globalization, transnational mergers and acquisitions (m&a) have become one of the main ways for enterprises to reach the international market, expand the scale of enterprises and seek competitive advantages. But whether cross-border m&a can achieve the desired effect is the key to the management integration after the merger, and the integration of human resources is crucial. This paper combed the development course of Chinese enterprises transnational m&a, analyses the risks existing in Chinese enterprises transnational mergers and acquisitions, as well as the status quo of human resources integration, to study the Chinese enterprises transnational mergers and acquisitions in the problems faced by the human resources integration, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
