Abstract

It is significant that inclusive develop-ment to Shaanxi’s coordinated develop-ment of economy and society. Shaanxi province faces a series of problems in the process development. These problems hamper the Shaanxi’s economy and so-ciety development to some extent. Com-bining the theoretical analysis and empir-ical approach, the causes which affect economic and social development of Shaanxi were analyzed, then put forward the suggestions to promote the inclusive development of Shaanxi province.
