Proceedings of the 2013 International Conference on Advances in Social Science, Humanities, and Management
The 2013 International Conference on Advances in Social Science, Humanities, and Management (ASSHM 2013) will be held on December 14-15, 2013 in Guangzhou, China. ASSHM 2013 is organized by International Association for Cyber Science and Engineering. ASSHM 2013 aims to bridge the discourse between the Social Science, Humanities, and Management. Besides scholars in both the domains, the Conference hopes to attract practitioners and researchers in science, technology, engineering, public policy, government and private agencies, non-governmental organizations, architecture, urban planning, the professions, and the arts. The Conference also aims at engaging PhD students and post-doctorals from the relevant fields. The engagements on wide-ranging conversations on these broad areas are expected to nurture cutting-edge thoughts and collaborations.
The aim of this conference is to provide a worldwide forum, where the international participants can share their research knowledge and ideas on the recent and latest research on Social Science, Humanities, and Management and map out the directions for future researchers and collaborations. Researchers and graduate students are welcomed to participate in the conference to exchange research findings in the frontier areas of Social Science, Humanities, and Management. A workshop named 2013 International Conference on E-commerce and Management Science will be held along with ASSHM 2013.
ASSHM 2013 is sponsored by International Association for Cyber Science and Engineering. ASSHM 2013 has received about 560 submissions from 19 countries and regions. The papers come from both academia and industry reflecting the international flavor of this event in the topics of Social Science, Humanities, and Management, and other related areas. About 21 PC members and 60 International reviewers worked hard in reviewing the submissions. Based on the review reports, 203 papers were accepted to be presented in ASSHM 2013 by the chairs. All the accepted papers have been presented on the conference, mainly by oral presentations in six sessions viz., Education and Learning, Business and Management, Arts and Humanities, Society and Psychology, Language and Communication, and Finance and Economy.
All the presented papers will be published by Atlantis Press, Paris, France, and submitted for indexing to Thomson ISI (CPCI-SSH, ISSHP, Web of Science), Google Scholar and other indexing systems.
We express our thanks to all the members of the General Committee Chairs, Program Committee Chairs, Technical Program Committee and Volunteers who worked so hard to prepare the conference and chair the six sessions in ASSHM 2013 .
