Abstract

Cultivating innovative talents is the core goal of higher education, and it is also the key point of the research on the education reform in Colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the restricting factors of automation specialty education in Colleges and universities for cultivating innovative talents, from the curriculum system, theory teaching, practice teaching, reform the teaching evaluation mechanism and training mode of innovative automation professionals.
