Abstract

This thesis is to study how to improve the quality of undergraduate education in private colleges and Universities under the "one multi wing" mode. Paper from the students' quality, teachers team construction, subject construction, training programs, such as the replacement of the credit started to study, this paper argues that "one wing" mode and research postgraduate education combine can improve the quality of undergraduate training, private colleges and universities in a healthy and harmonious, sustainable development has important practical significance.
