- Abstract
This paper discusses and examine further about the effect of organizational culture and leader member exchange to intention leave is mediated by job satisfaction at contract employees of muhammadiyah universities in Yogyakarta. Data collecting type is quistionare. The study was conducted on employees of Muhammadiyah Universities in Yogyakarta and the questionnaire will be analyzed using SEM AMOS.
