The research aims to identify the role of husbands in long-distance marriage life and the wives’ expectations in living with this marriage. The research methodology used in this research is interview involving instructions and open questions. The result of this research shows that the three samples experienced problems in communicating, so they often had an argument, suffered from loneliness, and lacked the husband’s participation in parenting.
