We provide the complete classification of all global analytic first integrals of the simplified multistrain/two-stream model for tuberculosis and dengue fever that can be written as

x˙=x(β1bγ1β1x(β1ν)y),y˙=y(β2bγ2(β2ν)xβ2y),
with β1, β2, b, γ1, γ2, ν ∈ ℝ.
