UPDATE: On 1 January 2021 this journal will transfer back from Taylor & Francis to Atlantis Press to be published as a fully open access journal. All accepted articles submitted on or after 1 September 2020 will be published on an open access basis, i.e. will be immediately and permanently free to read, download, copy & distribute.
