Abstract

With the continuous development of social economy, the pharmaceutical industry is increasingly high degree of concern. In China's pharmaceutical enterprises, small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises accounted for a large proportion of. This paper introduces the research of China's small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise credit risk status and theoretical basis, points out that the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical companies to develop a series of existing problems, analyzes the effects of a series of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise promises to bring; and selecting 9 indexes of 10 small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises, from three aspects of solvency, operating capacity and profitability the ability of using the entropy analysis method to evaluate the credit of the final results are given and suggestions for the explanation.
