This research is empirical research with a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a case approach. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the prevention and prosecution of fish quarantine criminal acts have not run optimally as evidenced by the increase in cases in 2021 as many as 115 from the previous year in 2020 as many as 71 cases. There is an appropriate strategy in the prevention and enforcement efforts, namely the reallocation of the budget for improving fishery technology and the expansion of the authority of PPNS to conduct investigations in the Crime of Money Laundering in the Crime of Fisheries.
