- Abstract
In this case the researcher’s rationale will carry out an analysis of the recruitment of trainers to support the achievements of athletes in the Center for Student Training Education. In the conduct of this research is recruiting qualified training to train and support the achievements of athletes.From the description above, researchers are interested in researching about analysis of the coach recruitment in education center and north sumatera student training. The method used in this research is descriptive research. Sources of data in this study were obtained from trainers at the North Sumatra Student Training Education Center. The population in this study is the trainers in the North Sumatra Student Training Education Center, amounting to 35 people. The sampling technique in this study uses total sampling. From the results of tests conducted on trainers who are members of the North Sumatra Student Training Center for North Sumatra Student training, this research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to find out the recruitment analysis of coach. The existence of this research is expected to help facilitate the process of recruiting trainers at the Student Training Research Center in North Sumatra in order to achieve maximum persation at National and International events.
