- Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample amounted to 61 respondents. The sample collection technique used was random sampling. Primary data management uses the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) analysis technique with multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, intellectual intelligence has no and insignificant effect on employee performance, and spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
