Abstract

Open access is a new mode of academic publishing and scientific information exchange. Around the problem of open access, there are fierce disputes over the rights and interests of authors, publishers, readers and other institutions in terms of funds, copyright and usage. Based on the analysis of the conflicts of rights and interests, the author discusses how to manage the rights and interests of multiple stakeholders in open access to information.
