Abstract

Since the reform and opening, China's economy has been developing at a high speed, and people's income level has been rising. However, the urban-rural income gap is also widening. Despite a series of measures taken by the government, the income gap between urban and rural areas remains high and various social problems still exist. In view of this, this paper, through the analysis of the influencing factors of the urban-rural income gap in China, explores the causes of the income gap, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions on this basis, to promote the balanced and healthy development of China's economy.
