- Abstract
The paper gives an analysis of educational reform in China. The expansion of colleges and universities brings various kinds of drawbacks, such as pushing too fast, bureaucrat management and deviation from realities. Consequently, our universities fail to produce excellent talents. The paper proposes that universities should take the quality education as the goal, and transform from government civil service to faculty governance. The purpose of educating outstanding talents for the society will be achieved.
