Abstract

By analyzing the foreign-funded enterprises in the Chinese American, French and Chinese employees in the distribution of five different interpersonal conflicts related to work, and to explore the cultural significance of the distribution of internal conflict and highlight mode. The main results of the study showed that the size of the expatriate and Chinese cultural values employees the likelihood of conflict has a direct relationship, for further study of conflict and conflict management strategy of cross-cultural environment provides a new perspective.
