Abstract

Practice teaching is an important teaching link in NCO academies, it is directly related to the implementation of personnel training objectives. Academy Sergeant construction to perfect the practical teaching system to improve the Cadet element can meet the demands of army development is of great practical significance. From the five aspects of practice teaching target system, practice teaching content and method system, practical teaching guarantee and supporting system, practice teaching management and operation system and the practical teaching evaluation system in this paper discussed the practice teaching system construction of NCO academies.
