Abstract

In this paper, the current decline trend of college students' physical fitness has been analyzed. The students in table tennis elective course are taken as the research objects. The test data of the students' physical fitness in table tennis elective course have been conducted the statistical analysis and the experimental verification to find out the reasons and some rationalization proposals have been also provided for the exercise habits of college students in time, modes and strength.
