Abstract

With the advancement of basic strategy for governing, college students turn out to care more about their rights consciousness. In order to enhance their teaching pertinently, colleges and universities must fully realize the right consciousness of the students at present. Based on the sampling students from 5 Beijing colleges, we found samples' legal consciousness is stronger, especially on the matter of their personal rights and interests of individuals, including equal rights, the fair appraisal power, their basic rights to privacy, etc.
