Abstract

Unesa takes the role of a tertiary institution that provides digital learning by opening websites providing e-books, e-learning, journals and libraries to facilitate campus residents accessing information. Lecturers in the millennial era must really be the center of change and become professional figures that are responsive, critical of the various developments and dynamics of civilization that continue to surround them. The purpose of this paper is to describe ways to hone the professional competence of lecturers and describe how to develop e learning media. Sharpening professional competence can be done in the first way lecturers must always develop themselves, in order to present 21st century learning, that is preparing students to have critical thinking skills, creative, innovative, communicative, and able to collaborate. Second, a professional lecturer / teacher should be able to build a partnership. With colleagues, continue to learn, develop themselves, and improve skills to keep pace with the changing times. "Third, a professional lecturer / teacher should be able to take care of his social life. How to develop E-learning teaching materials, one of which is blended learning is learning that combines learning delivery strategies using face-to-face activities, computer-based learning (offline), and online (internet and mobile learning). One development model can use ADDIE steps, namely (1) Define, (2) Design (3) Develop and 4. Diseminate. Conclusions By developing blended-learning, lecturers and students will look for material from various sources including books, the internet, with various applications so as to present higher quality learning.
