On behalf of the 2013 International Conference on Remote Sensing, Environment and Transportation Engineering (RSETE 2013), it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the conference, which is held from July 26th to 28th, 2013 in Nanjing, China.

This international conference has attracted hundreds of academies, scientists, engineers, postgraduates and other professionals. We like to provide a high-level international forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent advances, new techniques and applications in the field of environment such as remote sensing, transportation, as well as environment engineering, etc.

This event is organized by Jiangsu Computer Society, China. It also gets technical support of many scholars from more than fifty universities. I want to thank them for their hard work in paper reviewing. Their great support is very important for this event.
