Abstract

Constitutionally, Indonesia adheres to a Presidential Government System that is characterized by a Multi-Party System. In its administration, especially in the Presidential System which is characterized by a Multi-Party System, the President has the right called the Prerogative. Organizing a Presidential Government System with a Multi-Party System pattern is emphasized in Article 6 A of the 1945 Constitution so that it has implications for the weak realization of the President’s Prerogative Rights.
